Diversity... Equity... Inclusion... Belonging


The ICD® Community and its leaders acknowledge our responsibility to be inclusive, respectful, and equitable in the education and resources we provide to our diverse, global population. In order to grow our understanding of how to best foster a culture of belonging, ICD® is undertaking the following to cultivate our Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity and Belonging: • A Task Force has been established to reflect on ICD’s programs, policies, and practices to identify our strengths / areas of opportunity. We will look for ways to ensure DEIB is woven throughout ICD® both today and in the future. • We have launched a series of sessions entitled “Courageous Conversations” where we can dialog about our understanding and experiences around the topic of belonging.
