The video vignettes feature Sara, an organizing professional, and her team working with an 81-year-old widow, Ann, who is downsizing her home before moving to a senior community.
Specific topics to be addressed include: organizing best practices; identifying nonverbal cues; the organizer-client relationship; storytelling; and working as an organizing team.
