• In this class, attendees will engage with video vignettes of real-life organizing sessions, guided prompts, and facilitated discussions with organizers and multidisciplinary experts.
• The session will include interactive opportunities for audience participation.
• The video vignettes feature Sara, an organizing professional, and her team working with an 81-year-old widow, Ann, who is downsizing her home before moving to a senior community.
• Specific topics to be addressed include: organizing best practices; identifying nonverbal cues; the organizer-client relationship; storytelling; and working as an organizing team.
