The Six Pillars of Productivity
with Cindy Sullivan, CPO-CD, CPO
Description:
- Traditional time management strategies such as calendars, task lists, and time-saving techniques are valuable tools—but for clients impacted by chronic disorganization, they are rarely enough on their own. Sustainable productivity is built on a broader foundation of interconnected behaviors and skills.
- This course introduces the Six Pillars of Productivity, a practical framework that identifies the essential skill areas that work together to support effective time management. Like the pillars of a structure, each area provides critical support; when one pillar is weakened, the others must compensate, often resulting in increased stress, inconsistency, or reduced effectiveness.
- Participants will explore the skills that comprise each pillar, learn how the pillars influence one another, and identify common clues and symptoms that may reveal areas of weakness. The course also provides practical strategies to strengthen each pillar while helping clients recognize and build on their existing strengths. Using a strengths-based, individualized approach, participants will learn how to identify a client’s greatest opportunities for improvement, develop realistic goals, and tailor interventions that support lasting progress.
