Certificate of Study in Students and Learning Theories (SLT)

This certificate studies the specialized needs and issues of working with the Student client affected by CD.

They know resources available to students affected by chronic disorganization and understand the unique aspects of working with students. They understand very clearly the importance of having a wide variety of learning theories and organizing strategies to make the appropriate suggestions for each client situation. They can focus on each client’s strengths to facilitate learning in all areas.

An ICD subscriber who earned the Level I Certificate of Study in Students and Learning Theories has completed 6 hours of education in this area and 6 hours of general education in Chronic Disorganization.

The requirements of this certificate are

• Be a current ICD® Premium subscriber.
• Have earned the Foundation Certificate in Chronic Disorganization.
Enroll in the Level I Certificate of Study in the Students and Learning Theories Curriculum and pay the fee.
• Access and complete the six required classes in the ICD® Vault.

Upon completion of the classes, your certificate will be automatically available in your transcript in the ICD® Vault.
