With Lucie Krobova

In this class, I will reflect on the books "In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts, Close Encounters with Addiction" by G. Mate and "The Brain Lock, Free Yourself from OCD" by J. Schwartz.  My goal is to broaden our understanding of addictive and compulsive behaviors on physiological and emotional levels and look at the possibilities of positive change.  As organizers and coaches, we could use this understanding to approach such affected clients with more compassion, less judgment, and the ability to refer them to further resources.
