INT-175 Keeper of the Stuff: How Unexamined Roles Contribute to Chronic Disorganization

When family members go through life transitions like downsizing or estate clearing, it can mean inheriting belongings that add to disorganization. A person who already struggles with chronic disorganization may especially have difficulty making decisions about these emotionally charged items or when setting boundaries for what they are given. This class looks at how individuals can increase awareness of the unexamined roles they have unconsciously taken on, to connect with their own wishes, to consciously choose roles and boundaries, and to implement new behaviors to use in these situations.
