ICD Conference 2019 Press Release

 

ORLANDO, Fla. - Sept. 15, 2019 - PRLog -- The Institute for Challenging Disorganization® (ICD) is holding a 3-day conference at the Embassy Suites in Lake Buena Vista, Orlando September 19 -21, 2019.  ICD will bring together professionals from around the world to provide education about chronic disorganization.

·  Chronic Disorganization is defined as having a past history of disorganization, undermining of current quality of life due to disorganization, failed self-help efforts to change, and an expectation of future disorganization.

·  An International Panel on Hoarding with panelists from Mexico, Japan, Canada, Australia, Netherlands and the U.S.A. will discuss how Hoarding Disorder is addressed in their country.

·  Seven experts will present sessions on: Aging and Possessions, Clutter and Procrastination, ADHD, OCD, Executive Functioning, Hoarding and Autism.

Among the speakers is Rev. Dr. Ferrari who is considered the leading, international expert on the study of the causes and consequences of chronic procrastination. He was recently featured in the NY Times with his article: The Unbearable Heaviness of Clutter.   Rev. Ferrari is co-presenting with Dr. Catherine Roster on Delaying the Decision to Dispose.
