Elspeth Bell, Ph.D. Practiced psychology for over 15 years Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Vassar College and Master’s in psychology and Doctorate in clinical psychology from Fordham University. With extensive background and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bell has focused on working with Hoarding Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and depression. presented at national and regional conferences, collaborated and consulted with Hoarding Task Forces and regional organizations.

She views life as an on-going path of development and learning, and wants to share her knowledge with others. While se may have a Ph.D. in psychology, no one knows a client better than themselves. She believes, "We are bringing together our respective areas of expertise to facilitate a mastery over the individual’s struggles, and I love nothing more than a client accomplishing their goals and 'graduating' from treatment".
